• Wisconsin QSO Party – This event will take place from 1800Z March 9 to 0100Z March 10, on CW and phone. Awards available. For full rules and entry sheets see the West Allis RAC website: <www.warc.org> , or write to West Allis Radio Amateur Club, P.O. Box 1072, Milwaukee, WI 53201. All entries must be postmarked by April 11, 2003.

• Oklahoma QSO Party – The Oklahoma DX Association is sponsoring the Oklahoma QSO Party which will begin at 1300Z March 22 and run until 1300Z March 23. All entries may operate 18 out of the 24 hours. Plaques and certificates will be awarded. For rules and further information, go to <www. qsl.net/okdxa>.

• 10-10 International Mobile Contest – Sponsored by 10-10 International, Inc., this is a 24 hour event from 0000–2359Z March 15, is limited to the 28 MHz band, and is open to members and nonmembers (awards to members only). Fixed stations contact mobiles, and mobiles contact fixed stations and other mobiles. For full information, go to 10-10 International’s website: <http://www.ten-ten.org/> . Logs are due before April 1, 2003.
